Allow `ENABLED`, `DISABLED`, `PIN_EXISTS`, and `BUTTON_EXISTS` to take multiple arguments. Also add:
- Alias `ANY(...)` for `!DISABLED(...)`
- Alias `ANY_PIN(...)` for `PIN_EXISTS(a) || PIN_EXISTS(b) ...`
- Alias `EITHER(A,B)` for `ANY(...)`
- Alias `ALL(...)` and `BOTH(A,B)` for `ENABLED(...)`
- `NONE(...)` for `DISABLED(...)`
Use macros that explicitly avoid double-evaluation and can be used for any datatype, replacing `min`, `max`, `abs`, `fabs`, `labs`, and `FABS`.

* Even more improvements to the FastIO HAL for DUE. Now WRITE() is 2 ASM instructions, if value is constant, and 5 cycles if value is not constant. Previously, it was 7..8 cycles
