Improve the UX with optinal JavaScript #9

We could definitely improve the interface experience by adding simple client-side scripts, for instance:

Hiding the "create new thread" form by default
Automatic post quoting
Post previews on ID hover

These scripts would be entirely optional and would not be required for normal usage ... as it should be.
